Chapter Ten
Dream had finally gone to the doctor and she was told that she was exactly two months pregnant. Things with her and Semaj couldn’t be any better. Now that she was carrying his baby they were inseparable. Dream felt like no matter what they went through there could never be another like Semaj. In such a short period of time he had Dream on cloud nine. Whatever she wanted she got, just because she was his girl. Semaj always made sure to make it happen. Even though they didn’t live together, Semaj made late night runs when she called. He didn’t care if it was 2 a.m. If Dream called he went running. Semaj was happy that she was the one to carry his seed. He had always wanted kids but he didn’t just want to have one with just anybody. Dream was perfect; everything about her was. She was his Dream.
On this particular day Dream was walking through a park with Semaj near their house. She still wanted to keep her body in shape while she was pregnant. Semaj had been stressing the fact that she needed to stay off of her feet during the first trimester. He didn’t want anything happening to Dream or their baby.
“Baby what do you think we’re having?” Dream asked as they held hands walking down the trail.
“Doesn’t matter babe. As long as he or she looks like me,” Semaj joked.
“You mean look like me? I hope my baby don’t look like your ugly ass!” Dream said, joking back.
“Please, you know a nigga fine as hell.” He grabbed her around the waist.
“I love you Semaj.” Dream loved the way she was feeling but hated it at the same time. She knew Semaj felt something deep for her but she couldn’t help but have that small feeling in the back of her mind that it was too good to be true.
“I love you baby girl. A lot.” She smiled. She was ready to ride out this thing until the wheels fell off. She just hoped that it was worth it in the end.

Morgan had been staying at Keenan’s house for quite sometime. It was as if she didn’t even have a home anymore. Whenever she tried to go home Keenan would have a fit. He had become used to her being in his bed when he got home. Being in the game was stressful; more money, more problems and Morgan was his stress reliever. He hated the fact that he was falling hard for her but he was. That was his baby.
It was a little after one in the morning and Keenan had just walked in the door. It had been a long day and all he wanted was to lay up under Morgan. She always managed to get him to forget about the streets. Keenan walked in the house and headed straight for the bedroom. He was dead tired but he knew Morgan wouldn’t dare let him get in the bed without showering. That was another thing he loved about her.
